Volunteer ON RACE DAY!

• Judging and Safety Team:
  • Flag Operator (1 person):  Flag operator of green, red, white, and checkered flats. During the race, you will flag red karts for any violations, other volunteers will help identify flagged karts.
  • Judging and Safety Team (4 people):  Prior to the race, the volunteers will divide all karts and determine who will monitor which karts. During the race, volunteers will monitor karts to ensure they are following rules.
  • Lap Counters (2 people):  One lap counter per kart, watch karts and flip the scorecard for every lap.
  • Tuscan Raider Corner (2 people):  Set up paintball guns and assist shooters on “Tuscan Raider Corner”.
• Hospitality Team (2-3 people):  Be a cheerful welcomer, guide visitor parking, help run the concession stand.
• Media Team: If you’re handy with a video camera, can pilot a drone, or have a sense for “the perfect snapshot” we need you!

Time Commitment: 1:00pm – 5:00pm on race day!  

Training: We’ll hold a 30-minute pit crew meeting at 1:30 on race day to go over rules & regs for the Judging and Safety team.
